Tomokazu is a commercial lawyer with more than a decade of extensive experience. Prior to joining Ogawa & Partners as Partner in 2017, he practiced in the field of financial and cross-border transactions for both domestic and international clients at Nishimura & Asahi, a leading law firm in Japan. 
 

In response to growing demand and his passion for the arts, Tomokazu increasingly advises on matters relating to Art Law. 
 

He is skilled in both negotiations with regulatory bodies and dispute resolutions in and out of court. His considerable legal network combined with his education abroad allows him to support international clients through the intricacies of the Japanese legal system.
